Booking Policy

1. Booking Methods
a. Book & Pay for Services

Customers can book services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or wheelie bin cleaning directly through the website.

  • Select your service, choose your preferred date and time, and pay securely online.
  • Once payment is received, your appointment will be confirmed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with full details of your booking.

Note: Bookings are only confirmed after successful payment.

b. Request a Quote

You may request a custom quote for services where pricing may vary depending on the size, condition, or complexity of the premises.

  • Fill out the online form with your service details.
  • We will send you an estimated quote based on the information provided. We also may have a service staff attend to give a quote at your premises.
  • If you accept the quote, you will receive a detailed invoice.

Important: All invoices must be paid in full prior to any work being carried out.
This ensures a smooth process and helps us avoid repeatedly following up for payment or applying late fees.

2. Booking Confirmation
  • For paid bookings, confirmation is sent immediately after payment.
  • For quote-based bookings, confirmation and scheduling occur only after full invoice payment.
  • If you haven’t received confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • No charge for cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours or more before your appointment.
  • £9.99 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
  • You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our team.
4. Refund Policy
  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) receive a refund minus the £9.99 fee.
  • If we must cancel due to weather or access issues, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
5. Service Access Requirements
  • Please ensure we have safe and clear access to the service area on the day of the appointment.
  • If access is restricted or unsafe, the booking may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a call-out fee may apply.
6. No-Show Policy

If no one is present to grant access (when necessary), and no prior cancellation was made, we reserve the right to retain the booking fee or charge a £9.99 no-show fee.

7. Additional Charges for Quotes
  • All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide.
  • If the premises require additional time, effort, or equipment (e.g., heavily soiled areas), extra charges may apply.
  • Any price changes will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
